Customer service was top-notch! The spacious bathroom had a lovely modern tub, and housekeeping was a lifesaver with timely cleaning.
Surprised by a queen bed in our suite—great for cuddling, but not for sleeping! It's like ordering a steak and getting a hot dog.

The dining scene is lit, especially with the in-room breakfast that hit the spot! Plus, the location can't be beat—just a stroll away from gems like Eataly and The Capital Grille. And a special shoutout to the staff, who made our experience unforgettable!
For over $1000 a night, I expect that five-star polish, ya know? No hard feelings though. Boston's charm still shines through.

We had an amazing time with friends! Exploring the city was a blast—batting practice in an MLB cage and soaking up local art and music. The kids concierge made everything easy for our group. Can't complain about the fun we had!
The only downside was the slow room service one night. it took way longer than expected.

great service but room lacked charm
The staff consistently exceeded expectations with their helpfulness especially Hillary who greeted me every day and the men at the door in plaid outfits who managed my heavy bags without me lifting a finger. The blonde woman and the redheaded young lady at the reception were particularly attentive ensuring I always felt informed and hydrated.
The room felt somewhat basic considering the price point.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay with my family, where the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we checked in, the team was incredibly attentive to our needs, making our experience memorable. The spacious bathroom and modern tub were highlights of our lovely Executive Suite. However, I would appreciate if room cleaning could be done at more flexible times to accommodate our schedule better.

The kiddos loved the indoor pool and I appreciated the relaxing vibe at the spa. We had a great time with massages and a body scrub after some long days exploring the city. The only hiccup was waiting a bit for extra towels, but it didn't dampen our stay! 😊

Loved the exceptional service from the staff—they were genuinely friendly and attentive. The dining options were fantastic, especially the in-room breakfast. The location felt perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, I was disappointed with the slow room service one evening. it took much longer than expected to get our meal. Also, I anticipated a bit more polish for a hotel at this price point. The room itself was cozy, though I didn't appreciate that the suite came with a queen bed instead of a king. It was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The housekeeping did a good job, but we had to coordinate with them for specific cleaning times, which felt a bit inconvenient. The tablet system for concierge requests was easy to use and efficient. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but a few tweaks could elevate it to another level.
